End of Year Events; Final Volunteer Opportunities

Classroom Volunteer Opportunities: there are two tasks that our teachers have requested parental assistance with in these final days.

1. There are a number of student chairs that are going to be used in the fall but will require cleaning before they can be brought into the classroom.

2. There are a few places on the classroom walls that are in need of spot painting.

If you are interested in assisting in these last days, your help would be greatly appreciated! Just let our teachers know when.

Other Events in this Final Week:

Wednesday, June 8th: Last Hot Lunch of the year! Cheeseburger Hot Lunch will be served. Money due Monday, June 6th. Please let Mr. Joe Knox, manager of Washington KFC, and Mr. Ken Willoughby of Poorman's Grill, know how much we appreciate their wonderful service.

Friday, June 10th: Last day of school and field day! This is a 1/2 day. Be sure to apply sunscreen to your child. Snacks will be provided by PTO. Parents are welcome to attend field day. No BASC available.

Monday and Tuesday, June 13th - 14th: Teacher Workdays!

**Report Cards will be mailed home. Please make sure the office has your correct address if you have moved during the school year.
