Update: On Saturday, Sept. 24, from 9:00 am until ?, we are in need of several strong hands to assist with the movement of sand and fossils into the gardens on both sides of the 3-6 building. If you are able to contribute your time, we will need (at a minimum) shovels and wheel barrows. It is our greatest hope that this endeavor will be lightened with the help of a front-end loader, so again, let us know if a friend or family member has one that could be used for this project.
Old Post: We need to borrow a front-end loader or bobcat to move fossils from the pile behind the garden to the fossil house inside the garden. The cost of renting this equipment is rather high, so if you know anyone who has one and/or would be willing to help us, please let Beth Casey or one of our teachers know as soon as possible. We have had this structure in the garden since the spring but no proper method of moving the fossils.
