Briley's Field Trip---please read!

The Basics:

Depart from WMPCS: 8:20 am

Please leave carseat/booster if you are not attending.

Please supply bagged lunch for your child.

Siblings and Transportation:

A number of our parents will be bringing a sibling of one of our kindergarteners on field trips. Since there are always some uncertainties when bringing a second child (such as unexpected illness), the 3-6 teachers have decided that it would be best if parents with more than one child plan to only transport their own children. This way, there will be no need to shuffle carseats and responsibilities if the parent must leave the field trip for any reason.

Responsibilities of the Chaperoning Driver:

Responsibilities of the chaperoning drivers (taken from the parents' handbook) will be emailed to all parents today as it is a bit lengthy. Please review these guidelines before Friday's trip to Briley's.

Additional Consideration:

If a parent is only transporting his/her own child, the parent must be in attendance with the child the entire time. If the parent has a need to leave the field trip for any reason (personal illness, etc.), the child must leave with his/her parent.
