Kids Fest is coming soon and we'll need volunteers! Please volunteer for at least one time slot -- lots of volunteers are needed!
Does anyone know where we can find a tent for our class's game? Please let me know ASAP if you do!
2-4 families needed to bring a plate of brownies or cookies or similar dessert (+/- 25 servings)
1 volunteer/shift for the food table: 4:30 - 5:15 and 5:15 - 6:00
1 volunteer/shift for drink table: 4:45 - 5:30, 5:30 - 6:30 (break for parade of flags 6:30 - 7:00), 7:00 - 7:45
2 volunteers/shift for the craft/games: 5:00 - 5:30, 5:30 - 6:00, 6:00 - 6:30, break for parade of flags 6:30 - 7:00), 7:00 - 7:30, 7:30 - 8:00
